Christmas Wishes

Hi Folks,

Just dropping in to wish a Merry Christmas to you.  I hope you all have a lovely day.  Thank you all for your support on my little blog, it is always cheering to read your comments & brings many a smile!

I know there is Monopoly & Scrabble in mine, with a little food, great company, maybe a gift or two & definitely lots of love & laughter!

Sweet Stampin' - Things with Wings

Well that's another 2 weeks that's whizzed by!  Can you believe it's less than 3 weeks to Christmas now?  Is it time to start my shopping yet?

Sweet Stampin's Birthday

Yep, over at Sweet Stampin' we are celebrating our 5th birthday!  We'd love to have you join in too, all you need do is make a birthday card with stamping on.

I used the adorable Little Lorry Bear from LOTV which is being retired on November 30th so if he takes your fancy, grab him quick!  

I teamed him with some Stampin' Up papers that are perfect for boys cards...bright & bold, an lotv sentiment circle & that fab tag that was just made for this card and I was pretty pleased with the end result!

CASS - Snow People

Yep, it's me.  Running late again.  Normally I am very healthy, but I am currently suffering my second cold in 4 weeks...bleurgh!  Clearly I have not had enough alcohol yet to kill the germs lol!

Sweet Stampin' - Anything but a Card

I can't say Morning, because it isn't.  I totally forgot to schedule my post last night because Blogger gave me the heebie jeebies!  Honestly, I thought it lost an entire post, raged & then realised it hadn't.  However it had randomly removed several bits of my post lol!  

It's a new challenge at Sweet Stampin' and we're looking for anything but cards so if you're like me you'll be pushed out of your comfort zone.

I decided to create a little box & venture on from a square.  Hexagon I thought.  Until I cut, scored & then counted the edges.....Ok I can go with an octagon.

All went swimmingly until I tried to make the cuts to glue it together.  I'm still clueless on how it should be done!

Sweet Stampin' - For a Friend

I consider myself incredibly lucky with the friends I have, truly they are amazing & I am so happy they are all in my life.

Hopefully you all have some of those people in your lives too & at Sweet Stampin' this week it's time to appreciate them with creations For a Friend.  As well as the stamping always required, your project must have some reference to friendship to be eligible for the fab prize from Emma at Flat Friends.

So I made 2 cards for this one, but the first one was one of those where the idea would not transfer from my head to paper how I wanted it...

CASS -Snowflakes

Finally, five months after moving my blog I managed to make 2 posts in one month!  This one is for CASS (Christmas at Sweet Stampin') where our theme is SNOWFLAKES & we are sponsored by Stamp Art by Kathryne.

Sweet Stampin' Just for men
