Well it's June & here I am again, carving out a rare minute to blog. I needed something to get mojo up out of the armchair so I went back to my friends at Freshly Made Sketches for this fab sketch and combined it with the challenge at Sweet Stampin' this week of STARS. My halo is even shinier because it's not actually my week to play!

Entering some challenges:
Earlier this year, I started volunteering at a local library in order to keep it open. I love books and feel passionately about reading. So much so that I finally feel I have discovered what it is I want to be 'when I grow up', it's just unfortunate I discover this as the position of librarian is being seriously cut back......

It's never too late to find your calling Abi. The world needs inspiring, enthusiastic librarians! One of my besties is a high school librarian in Sweden and the kids love her, because she LOVES books and teaches them how to love books and develop a passion for reading. Even better, it's in a lower socio-economic school, where Swedish is often the second language, so inspiring these kiddos is giving them a great leg up in life. Sorry about the overshare, but I say do it! Find the place/job that makes your heart sing. Big hugs, Wends x
